It is our goal to make sure you have the best experience when shopping With Hazed.

All purchases made will be given a 14 day period from time of purchase to be exchanged for another item or given store credit if customer is unsatisfied with purchase. Please note Hazed does not provide any refunds. 

 

POLICY

Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. 

 

REFUND

Hazed does not issue refunds of any kind unless items ordered were defective upon receipt or out of stock at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Any refunds will be processed the same day the returned items are checked into our warehouse. You will be notified through email once the refund is issued.

 

STORE CREDIT

 

Store credits will be issued within 2-3 days upon receipt of return or exchange.

  •  Store credit never expires.

  •  Please treat Store Credit like cash  ( if lost or stolen we will not be held responsible and will not issue a replacement )

  •  Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.

  •  Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of  payment for the remaining balance due.
